Position:
Audio Head of Department
Blue Man Group Las Vegas is seeking an Audio Head of Department to join the management team. This engineer position requires extensive knowledge of live mixing, large format digital consoles, line array systems, network amplification, professional playback, as well as the understanding of signal flow, MIDI, and DSP.

Responsibilities include: crew management; scheduling; hiring; payroll; attending meetings; budgeting; troubleshooting and maintaining the entire audio system within venue; coordination with other departments and outside contractors. This position would also be required to be an engineer for outside events.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years experience of mixing live productions within the entertainment industry to include theatrical production shows, concerts, industrial and special events. Flexibility and focus are required in our fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits with varying days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Production Stage Manager
Blue Man Group Las Vegas is looking for a Production Stage Manager to lead the Stage Management Department and be responsible for maintaining general production standards, procedures, and practices, and also preserving the artistic and technical aesthetic of the show within the Las Vegas production.

Responsibilities for this position include: Supervise the Stage Management team; oversee day-to-day running of the show; ensure an effectively run show, both on stage and backstage; oversee the creation, maintenance, and distribution of weekly schedules; serve as a member of the Safety Leadership Team and the Show Management Team; assist the Artistic Direction Manager in maintaining the artistic aesthetic of the show; assist the Production Manager in maintaining the technical standards of the show, and maintain communication with Head of Departments regarding technical aspects; assist with rehearsals, workshops, and outside gigs. This role combines show calling, staff management, and administrative responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of Stage Management experience, experience managing others, and a Bachelors degree is preferred. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position that is required to have a flexible schedule and be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
